On the nineteenth of Ramadan, we remember the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may Allah rest his soul, who laid the foundations of humanitarian work and made giving a deeply rooted value in the journey of the United Arab Emirates. He was, may he rest in peace, a symbol of الخير and a source of inspiration, believing that humanity is the highest bond between peoples, and that giving is a message that transcends borders.
On Zayed Humanitarian Day, we renew our commitment to drawing inspiration from his legacy and noble values, and to continue following his path in supporting humanitarian initiatives and serving the community, so that giving remains a renewed national approach and an ongoing journey that reflects the values upon which our nation was built.
